I’M LAURA

Rooted in Scripture and the historic Christian faith, my approach to spiritual direction is gentle, attentive, and prayerful. I believe the Holy Spirit is always inviting us deeper — into healing, transformation, and loving communion with Christ.

As a spiritual director and retreat guide, I walk alongside women as they seek to discern God’s presence in their everyday lives. Together we listen, pray, reflect, and make room for the soul to breathe again.

Inspired by the beauty of creation, the richness of God’s Word, and the quiet work of grace, my hope is that every moment becomes a place where women experience the goodness and love of God for themselves.
